Rick van Woudenberg
General manager: head of the company and responsible for commercial affairs and product quality. In addition, he handles larger, long-term projects and maintains the contacts with our clients regarding their specific requirements.
Gerbert van Woudenberg
Co-owner of the company and as the operational manager, takes care of the production side of the business together with the logistics. In addition, he manages the workforce.
Marcel van Vemde
As our director new development and HR he will mainly focus on initiating and developing international relations and collaborations.
As Van Woudenberg Tuinplanten’s HAS intern, he has a specific internship assignment aimed at cultivation aspects.
Grazyna van Woudenberg
Manages human resources, assists in the management of the workforce and is contact person for employment agencies
Liesbeth van Veen
In addition to her administrative tasks, she is also active in the service department, in particular as support to the general manager.
Hans van Beek
Is responsible for everything related to cultivation in general and specifically to product quality across all production sites.
As Logistics Manager first and foremost responsible for fast and accurate logistics.
First point of contact for Floriday and order intake within the service department
Responsible for the finance administration and the time sheet input.
He is involved in all aspects of the cultivation at the ‘Location 3’ at Knibbelweg 56 and with optimizing the product quality.
Is employee at the service department and as such responsible for the optimal distribution of the order picking.
During the season we make extensive use of temporary workers.
