What will you do?
As an (Assistant) Grower, you will work closely with our Cultivation Specialist to ensure top-level plant production.
You will learn from the best in the field and help keep our plants thriving! Your tasks will include:
- Crop protection Monitoring and implementing protective measures to keep our crops healthy.
- Biological control Strengthening our biological department for natural crop protection.
- Growth regulation Keeping a close eye on plant resilience.
- Irrigation & fertilization Determining and setting the correct levels.
- Climate management Whether sun or rain, you ensure the perfect cultivation conditions.
- Cutting inspection Identifying top-quality cuttings.
- Stock management Managing soil, pots, and everything needed to keep operations running.
