What will you do?<\/strong>
Together with our team, you\u2019ll ensure that our plants grow better than your office plant (yes, the one you always forget to water).
As a Plant Grower, you\u2019ll work alongside our crop specialist to deliver top-level cultivation.
You\u2019ll learn from experienced professionals and ensure our plants develop into premium-quality products.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Crop protection:<\/strong> You keep our crops safe and healthy.
\nGrowth regulation:<\/strong> You monitor plant development and ensure optimal resilience.
\nIrrigation & fertilization:<\/strong> You provide the right balance at the right time.
\nClimate control:<\/strong> You create the best growing conditions, no matter the weather.
\nCutting inspection:<\/strong> You assess quality and make sure only the best continue to grow.
\nInventory management:<\/strong> You keep all cultivation supplies in perfect order.<\/p>\n

What do you bring?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Education:<\/strong> Completed MBO level 4 or HBO degree in horticulture.
\nKnowledge:<\/strong> You hold a spraying license or are willing to obtain one.
\nPassion:<\/strong> Plants are your greatest love, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\nFlexibility:<\/strong> You step in where needed, even when the sun is shining on a weekend.
\nLocation:<\/strong> You live near one of our sites.<\/p>\n
